Our next Byers Mitchem Family Reunion will be June 27-30, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia!

We hope you are as excited as we are!  As the Reunion Committee starts to plan for an amazing reunion, we have a few updates:

This reunion, we’re going digital! Check out the newly launched website for the reunion: www.2019atlantabmfr.com. Be sure to check the website often to keep posted on the reunion. Also, please send us your pictures from past reunions so we can add them to the website!

Moving forward we will mostly be communicating by email so PLEASE share the below link with other relatives (or add their contact info) so we can be sure they receive our eblasts:

Of course we know there are some family members who are less computer savvy so we will send one USPS mailing soon that will give an option to use the paper method, but for most of the family, please do keep up to date by filling out the info form and checking the website.

We need volunteers for the Atlanta Reunion Planning Committee! You do not need to live in Atlanta and it will take very little time, we just need as many ideas and hands on deck to make sure the reunion is a success. Please join the committee by by filling out the info form.

Also, we are organizing an updated Byers Mitchem Family Cookbook! We want you fabulous recipes. Please email your recipes (and a picture too) to be included. Deadline to submit is June 1st. 

Lastly, please send your thoughts and prayers to our dear cousins in the Tollette Family this weekend as we celebrate the life of our amazing cousin Dr. Armond (Tim) Tennyson Tollette, Jr. The memorial service will take place at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Angelus Funeral Home: 3875 S. Crenshaw Blvd, LA, CA 90008, with a memorial hike taking place the day before at 3:00 PM meeting at the Doris’ Japanese Garden in Kenneth Hahn Park on Friday, January 12th.
